How much does FLX cost?

FLX membership is $29 per year, per FLX account, including GST.

Additional fees include:

  • Foreign exchange fee on non $AU transactions 2.99% (plus GST);
  • Unsuccessful disputed transactions may incur an $11 fee;

  • The normal Flexischools surcharges will apply for Flexischools Parent Wallet top-ups.
Is FLX owned by a bank?

No - FLX is part of Flexischools, Australia’s #1 online school ordering platform for parents, schools and suppliers.

Is FLX a debit or credit card?

The FLX card is a prepaid Mastercard. 

Where can my kids use their FLX card?
The FLX card can be used anywhere prepaid Mastercards® are accepted, both online and in-store. Kids can add their FLX card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, allowing them to make purchases with their phone or smartwatch.
Can you withdraw money from FLX at the ATM?

No - the FLX card doesn't allow for cash-out. In addition, age-inappropriate merchant categories are restricted.
